About Save & Smile

We are a group of 11 volunteers, each with a long individual activity in the field of rescue, adoption and sterilization of stray dogs and cats. Although we work in very different fields, we have joined forces and professional experience in this non-profit organization from Mureș County.

Our mission is to rescue animals in desperate situations, to organize free sterilization campaigns, to place dogs and cats for adoption, to inform and educate for the correct application of the laws on Animal Protection and the obligation of sterilization.

Among our wishes is the construction of a sanctuary for unadopable dogs, old or disabled. The association does not have a shelter, all the rescued animals are housed in our homes, close friends, family or people who have offered to help us with temporary accommodation (foster).

We started from our own resources but in the first year of activity we enjoyed great support from animal lovers. We want to follow our dream and we are waiting for you, those who read these lines, to contribute to its realization!
